You can now transfer registered hours from the Timekeeping service Timerabbit to an invoice draft in Conta, thereby eliminating the manual filling in of hourly invoices.

This is how it works

The connection between Conta and Timerabbit means that the hours you register in Timerabbit are filled in on an invoice draft in Conta. You just need to look over and send the invoice to the customer.

Activate Timerabbit in Conta

From Conta, you first activate Timerabbit under MY BUSINESS > SERVICES > TIME TRACKING, which will take you to a registration form in Timerabbit to create your business there as well.

(If you already have an account in Timerabbit, you can activate the link from there as well, by being logged in to Timerabbit and going to SETTINGS > CONTA).

Now the link is ready – you just have to remember to press «Start synchronization» from the front page in Timerabbit so that everything is the same on both ends. After you do that, customers and projects and other information are continuously synchronized between the services.

Billable hours

First, you must switch on billable hours in Timerabbit: Log in to Timerabbit. Before you start keeping hours in Timerabbit, go to HOURS > REGISTER HOURS and click on the «More options» link. From here you can turn on billable hours. Then you’re ready!

Inside the Timerabbit service itself, you simply start registering billable hours (remember to tick the box where it says that there should be billable hours), and then you choose which hours you want to have transferred to an invoice draft in Conta under HOURS > CONTA -INVOICE.

Timerabbit is free to try for 30 days. The link to Conta is a separate service that you activate from your login to Conta.
